Genymotion player.exe has stop working pls help me..

i install genymotion as well as virtual box and download device custom phone version 5.0.0. but when i play it it showing error.. plz help me to fix it.. i already update video driver.. pls check out the image i have attached..

hi !! iv jst downloaded genymotion myslf and im facing the same problm.... cn u please tell me how u fixed it? looking forward to your reply.
