Any resources on how to make a double hieght bike with these Raleigh frames?

My neighbor wants to weld me up a double height bike out of a couple
of the Raleigh frames that I have in inventory. Any ideas or resources
for undertaking such a task?

Not my cup of tea so to speak, but search under "tall
bikes" and you will find plenty of references. Here is

There once was a site in Finland but complete with an English page that was hilarious. They named all their creations. One was things like, "Painful Jesus Crotch" because of its propensity for wheel flop followed by the pilot being launched onto the double top tube where upon he'd yell, Jesus! and fall off. Just crazy stuff. Wonderful idiotic creations.

Maybe you could save those Raleighs and go dumpster diving for a Pacific or two for abuse in such a manner?
