Those are hard to price. There are only a handful of 1930s survivors in the US, but on the other hand, there are maybe fewer interested buyers. Everyone loves to look at them, but when it comes to making the purchase the question of “What do I do with it?” always comes up.

Attached is the page from the 1937 Raleigh catalog – I think this is the year, as it has a brass headbadge and blue headtube.
