The rear hub is dated 1951, which sounds about right, although this rear wheel probably isn't completely OE, as it has a French Rigida rim - the front is Dunlop, which is more likely? As many of the components are Phillips, I'm assuming it was made by them - and this is before they merged with Raleigh when TI aquired Raleigh Industries in 1960. Looks to be in great condition, especially the decals. New cables & housings…cleaning & polishing with oil…lovely…and what a great name for an American (or Canadian) market…any men’s versions? Indian Chief? What an opportunity for a costume with the bike around Lake Pepin……
