Dear Riders of the Realm,

Winter seems to be stuck in for now, plus it seems too early to be mucking about the shop looking for the lost springs and pawls so we must concentrate on laying low and staying warm. Laying low is easy; build a fire in the old Inglenook, pick your favourite overstuffed armchair, and curl up. Read some old tourbooks, enjoy a wee dram and, voila!, you'll be dozing in no time. Staying warm is also easy; curl up in the aforementioned armchair, enjoy a wee dram and, viola!, you'll be dozing in no time.

Other bits of news:

• Registration is now open but there is a twist; you have to send it to our new STO Noah Holzer. His email and Paypal address is pl8...@hotmail.com
• We have 6 registered Nutters on the list so far and that seems modest but believe me, it fills fast.
• Our January Monthly Meeting at Waldmann's has been shifted to the 2nd Wednesday of the month since Waldmann's will be closed on the 1st Wednesday due to New Year's Day. Weihnachtsbier (Christmas beer) is now available and highly recommended.
• Here's a Very Merry Christmas to all the Nutters of the Realm. Cheers!
