This is a bit of old news, as Harris Cyclery closed four years ago. The Sheldon Brown website remains up, however, as they separated his site from the store awhile back. John Allen has been maintaining the site since Sheldon's passing.

I can't imagine how many times I looked up information on Sheldon Brown data.  Myself and others call it the bible for cycle information. Essential for people getting into vintage bikes or any bikes for that matter.
