Backend and frontend jobs in Berlin

Hey! So, let's do this in English as it is the official language,german not required.
My company is looking for:
- Ruby on Rails Backend Developer
- Frontend developers (Typescript, Angular, Redux)
Fancy info:
- Central Berlin (hackesermarkt)
- Healthcare startup that is already having an impact in people's rehab (physical mostly)
- we've got revenue, big enough for being a 2yo company. So we're not in danger.
- we've got investors like any other company nowadays
- but most importantly, we have a certification from the health ministry of Germany to provide health services, which means that our patients (via their therapy clinics)can get reimbursed by the insurance companies. Please don't ask me the german word because I'd run out of space.
- we have 2 fixed remote days per week, plus you can order some more if needed
- it is an easy and calmed interview process.
- we have weird processes they call agile, but it's not really. We're working on that tho. Managers are easy going and eager to learn how to handle us 😂
- product isn't done yet, we keep adding core features. For example we're integrating wearables now to track patients activity (ie walking)

PD about money, I don't really know, you can ask for sure 65k for frontend or more for backend. That means in Germany with the shit ton of taxes we have you will be getting around 3100 per month in the bank (that if single, if married more, if you have kids even more). But don't mention that I said that 😂
