If you have no plans this evening you should come by the first installment of Genspace's Third Thursday Lecture Series!
Sascha Karberg is a molecular biology journalist who has built a molecular biology lab into a bus and is currently using it to tour the German countryside doing public outreach and testing crops for genetic modification. Tonight we will be discussing these experiences with Sascha as well as Alexander Schlichter, a German videographer who explores the rational, the whimsical and the revolutionary aspects of our daily lives.
Doors open at 7, discussion starts at 7:30 followed by a meet & greet with the artists and the Genspace crew. Beer & Wine will be provided.
The talk will be held on the 6th Floor of the Metropolitan Exchange Bank building located at 33 Flatbush Ave, Brooklyn, 11217
