I need to compare an LDA model to another language model.
Shifting through the source code for LDA, I noticed that all the logarithms used are natural logarithms (numpy.log), yet the documentation says that the perplexity is computed as 2^(-bound). This seems contradicting to me. If the bound is computed in natural logarithm, then the perplexity should be exp(-bound)...
