I am looking to use Sent2Vec model with gensim and also have noticed a github branch. Is it usable and which version of gensim has it

I only see abandoned, never-integrated efforts from outside contributors circa 2017 – when the Gensim on which it was based was anywhere from v.0.13.4.1 to v.3.2.0.

So seems it never reached the quality or strength-of-interest to be integrated for release; it might do *something* within the contemporaneous Gensim but likely wouldn't port cleanly to current releases. Only examining it directly & experimenting would reveal if there's anything usable there.
