The Edinboro INN wants to meet with all of us working EAE tomorrow so we can talk about a
possible push back to the dates, or leaving them as is, Due there will be a change in management
in October. I don't have a time frame yet for this meeting, we normal meet at 2pm so that is the tentative time unless I hear back by more then 1/2 who need it at a different time. I am also working on calling those I have numbers for to talk to them.
If you are not on EAE staff and get this email and don't want to help just delete it. every one else on staff or not is welcome to came to the meeting.
Right now the eae forums are down that is the reason behind this mass e-mail.
You are also welcome to call 814-431-1222 or 814-756-4634 with questions.
I'll send another e-mail later tonight with a more exact time for the meeting.

I signed the hotel agreement today EAE II is a go.

Hotel price per night $59 + sales Tax (must say you are with Erie Anime Experience)
