EAE II

As most of you may know EAE 2 is a go.
Dates 9/25-27/2009 at the Edinboro Inn in Edinboro, PA.
The theme "Back with a Vengeance"
We need more staffers with this year being a 3 day event.
We also need EAE art for everything from the site, flyers, signs, badges and shirts.

Hello Jackie,
   Since I passed along the word that EAE II is a 'Go' this year, I have been getting inquiries about how much admission will be?  A club member said that she thought it would be $35 for all 3 days if paid in advance, but I see nothing to confirm this on the website yet? (at least nothing was there yesterday when I last checked)

   Also, Gold Star would like to be a vendor at this years Convention, have you decided what tables will cost for vendors?

I will pass along the rate info to our mailing list members and online customers.
