Genshi 0.7.8

Greetings,

Genshi 0.7.8 has been released. It contains small fixes, removal of some deprecation warnings and support for more recent versions of setuptools.

This version supports Python 3 up to 3.11. Python 2.7 is still supported but tests are now only run against pypy2. CPython 2.7 has become too difficult to install in CI.
