Welcome to the GSC's Compliance and Interoperability Group (CIG). The role of this group is to:

maintain the MIxS standard
promote and support adoption of this standard within the community by
- providing training and outreach materials on the use of these standards
- help the community with curation and compliance questions
undertake curation to help support MIxS compliance
promote use of ontologies to support MIxS compliance
sustain a term vetting group
work to make sure terms used in MIxS compliance are found in appropriate ontologies
