Dortas ou D'Ortas

I am looking for more information about Samuel Abraham D'Ortas
( Samuel Abraao Dortas ) 1496 Leiria in Portugal. My family surname is
Dortas but my ancestors documents as my great gran father signed as
D'Ortas. Samuel D'Ortas or Dortas was a publisher and it is
interesting I have relatives who has the same business. Also in the
Health area as a natural doctor related to Samuel was Dr. Garcia
D'Orta who also lived in the same Spanish city (Salamanca) as Samuel
before they came to Portugal when the Jews left Spain. I do not know
for sure if Samuel went to Italy but it seems to be corrected...he
probably went to Italy and from there back to his
original country...where?

Eu procuro informacoes sobre Samuel Abraao D'Ortas ou Dortas 1496
Leiria em Portugal. O apelido ou sobrenome de minha familia é Dortas
mas meus antepassados como meu bisavô assinava D'Ortas. Samuel D'Ortas
ou Dortas era impressor e é interessante que eu tenho familiares que
estao no mesmo ramo. Também na area de saúde esta o Dr.Garcia D'Orta,
naturalista, familiar de Samuel. Ambos viveram em Salamanca. Mas
depois vieram para
Portugal com a saida dos Judeus da Espanha. Eu nao sei se Samuel foi
para Italia but parece estar correcto...ele provavelmente foi para a
Italia e de la de volta ao seu país original...Qual?
