Main changes

Fixed results ordenation problem.

Information on all search parameters at the xml.

prev/p commands at the console interface now works only for correct commands.

Users changes

Now the Hits are ordered by the their biggest HSP score rather than by the sum of then. If two or more Hits have the same biggest HSP score, hence, they will be ordered by the scores sum. The results XML now contains more informations about the search parameters used. The command prev/p , which repeat the last command, only repeat the last command if it was a valid command.
