If you already has Genoogle, just download the new genoogle.jar at http://svn.pih.bio.br/genoogle-packages/releases/0.80/genoogle.jar and replace it.

Main changes:

Support for data bank files bigger than 2 Gb.

Users changes:

Genoogle supports data bank files bigger than 2 Gb, including files bigger than 4 Gb. Formatting data banks is not a fast task, a 4 Gb Fasta file will take more than one hour for the entire process. Please, delete yours old data banks, and format them again.
