Multi-Ancestry LDSC in GenomicSEM

Hello, 

It was mentioned in this thread from 2021 that there were developments to enable LDSC/GenomicSEM to take multiple reference LD files (e.g. from multiple continental ancestries) to enable use of the software for multi-ancestry genetic correlations (and maybe SEM?):

I was wondering if this is still under development/close to being released?

Hi Angus,

It’s definitely in the pipeline but not coming out soon. With a few notable exceptions, the data needed aren’t quite there yet for well-powered multivariate cross-ancestry analyses unfortunately. 

Popcorn and Mama are probably worth looking into if you haven’t already
