Error in unserialize(socklist[[n]])

Hello evryone, 

I am running GenomicSEM, and everything goes fine until I get to the commonfactorGWAS(). I received this error after almost one hour running the code: Error in unserialize(socklist[[n]]) : error reading from connection

Error in serialize(data, node$con, xdr = FALSE) : error writing to connection

Any help would be appreciated.
