Hi!
I am wondering if there is a lower bound / recommended minimum N, SNP-h2 and cross-traits LDSC rG for the GWAS summary stats to be used in Genomic-SEM?

Thanks
Isabell

Hi Isabell,

No there is not hard limit. I prefer the h2 and rg to have a Z statistics of >5 when you run them trough clasic LDSC, but > 2.5 may still work. Obv isf the h2 is 0 or negative or other silly values its game over.

Best,
Michel
