LD scores and HM3 reference file based on GRCh38

Hi,

I was wondering if the EUR LD score data and HM3 reference files also available with GRCh38 build?

If not, I would appreciate if anyone could help me figure out how you managed to liftover to GRCh38 using the GRCh37 based files that can be downloaded from the link provided in GenomicSEM wiki page.
