It's really a coincidence. I just sent you an email asking about it, and now it's solved. This problem can be solved by simply specifying the number of cores Thankes!

I want to ask how did you fix this error? I have encountered the exact same error while trying to use userGWAS function. Your insights may be very helpful for me to debug my code.

This should be fixed now if you restart and reinstall the package.
