1.1.18 is released today.

1) if map space is not normalized, the mapping code normalizes it and warns instead of error

Thanks to Alla and Vanja from VIGG

2) Doc links fixed

3) empty GenometriCorrResult produce error on show(), fixed

4) awhole.only=TRUE is it is not set explicitly and mapping is on
