Version 1.1.23 released.

RangedData mentions are removed from the package

The main functions work only with GRanges

We have working mapping based on liftOver from rtracklayer, thanks to Veronica Busa

It is a major update, I wait for bug reports,

I think, after debugging it will be 1.2.1
