Bugfix, mainly

A lot of typos in documentation fixed.

Starting and trailing spaces are now trimmed in configuration file values and tags.

MapRangesToGenomicIntervals rewritten. Two more bugs removed.

$jaccard.intersection.null.list added to the result is keep.distribution=TRUE.
