GenoCAD v.2.0 has been Released!

We are happy to announce our latest release, GenoCAD v.2.0! In
addition to a sharp, updated look, it has the following new features:

• A more intuitive user interface that guides users through the
sequence design process (parts/libraries -> designs -> simulation)
• Context-sensitive Help to guide users through each page.
• Public Designs that can be used as templates for the development of
new designs.
• Attribute Grammars, which are a new type of grammar that allows
values (attributes) to be assigned to parts. These grammars can be
used to create designs that can be Simulated (using the COPASI
simulation engine) or exported to SBML format; chemical equations can
also be extracted from these designs.
