google groups email delivery

Hi folks - I just noticed that most people are set to not receive email from the groups they have joined. On investigation, I see that when you click to join a group, in the dialogue box that is displayed is included an option to change your email delivery setting from the default which is "no email". (see the picture attached). So, I have reset all group members to receive all email. I have also added a prompt on the Group Membership page to tell people to set their email delivery setting to receive all email.
