Ensembl extracting sequences

Hello,
I have problem extracting sequences for given transcript from ensembl.
I have usually refseq identifier. I need not only sequence of given
gene but also some parts before and after. Dont know if the info about
sequence is fully sequentional or only gene based.
Please can you help me?
