GENI Resources are not stable in UtahDDC InstaGENI.

Dear All,

I have a slice in  UtahDDC InstaGENI, named "hd21flat". The resource can not be seen from the portal but It still says it has resources in that slice. 

I can still log in those VMs (I have a record of VM's hostname) but It shows a long RRT (roughly 200ms). 

I am running Hadoop experiments. From the log, i saw "s1.hd21flat.ch-geni-net.utahddc.geniracks.net: Name or service not known", which causes my YARN resource manager  could not start. (s1 is my hadoop master node). When I try to ping it, here is the ping result:

Does anyone know if this is because of scheduled maintenance or any other issues?
