Hi,

Can you try running ssh with the -v command?

'ssh -v' instead of just 'ssh'. Also in Flack can you click on your
username and then load the SSH keys tab and take a screenshot of *only*
the public ssh keys (please do not include the private keys if any).

Thanks,
Niky

Daniel-

Can you confirm that you registered your SSH keys _before_ you reserved your resources?

Only SSH keys registered in the portal _before_ you reserve your resources will be installed on your compute resources and usable to SSH in.

Daniel-

I believe you registered SSH keys on 1/24 at 14:56, on 1/27 at 12:16, and on 1/27 at 15:00. Just to confirm, you reserved your resources after 15:00 yesterday?

Are you reserving your resources through Flack or Omni?

If you are using Flack, Flack gets the keys for you. If you are using Omni, your SSH keys must be listed in your omni_config file. After generating a new SSH keypair, you must re-download your omni_config from the portal, and download the SSH private key as necessary. And _then_ reserve your resources.

Did you do this?

Niky,

Here is the screenshot when running ssh -v I am still getting a permission denied, please try again.

Aaron,

I have confirmed this and doesn't seem to be the problem that I can see.
