I'm attempting to allocate a set bandwidth for the LAN from within Flack:

After clicking on the (i) in the "lan0" circle, and clicking on the "Properties" tab, I then fill out the 'Capacity" field, and then press the "Apply" button.

However, when I go back in to verify by pressing the (i) again next to the "lan0" circle and selecting the "Properties" tab, there is no capacity specified.

Am I missing a step?

You have not missed any steps. Let me try to reproduce this myself.
