ExoGENI UNF rack decommissioning

Hello,

As part of our ExoGENI decommissioning efforts that was mentioned in the geni-orca-users list,

we are preparing to decommission ExoGENI UNF rack next week. 

ExoGENI UNF resources will be available until July 15th and rack will be shut down for good on that day (7/15).
