Image Loads OMF Packages Using Flack But Not OMNI

Hi Folks,

             Using the following rspec, I am able to verify that OMF packages are installed when the sliver is created in Flack. However, when the image is created in OMNI, the packages are not loaded.

PS. Not to sure if this is important, but the following log file was not created (i.e. for both flack and omni slivers): /var/emulab/logs/runlog*
