having trouble making image public

Hi, I've created a image under my account. But when my teammate try to create a topology using this image under her account, it's not successful.

I even tried to save the rspec and let my teammate to reserve the resource using the rspec under her own account. The reservation is working, but she's not able to login to the vm with the image.

Is there anyway to make my image public and usable for other people?
