Custom image returns invalid Hash error

Hi,

I created the following image yesterday on the NYSERNET IG rack. When I try to bring it up on the NYSERNET rack using the URN it boots with no problems. 

However, if I use the URL on other racks the image fails to boot and I get an error message (Task encountered a fault: Error: Could not setup images:

*** image_import:

    Invalid hash in metadata). 

So far, I have tried this with CORNELL IG, CLEMSON IG, NORTHWESTERN IG and ILLINOIS IG.

I tried reservation using both the GENI Portal and Flack and got similar errors.

Hi. I fixed up this image, a bug fix will go out to all racks
during the maintenance window tomorrow.
