I am having trouble displaying passive graphs on Geni Desktop.
On Windows in Chrome (ver 35.0) if I click the rocket icon, and select "Passive Graphs Lite", "Add Graphs", I get the attached result, which looks like broken links to the graph images.
On Linux in Chrome if I do the same I get the message "No valid graph/selection combinations."

Are these known issues?  Are they expected to be fixed soon?

Thanks,
  Ben Newton

One clarification.  The warning message on Linux was because no node was selected.  (misleading, but okay).  Now both Linux and Windows display the attached image.

Yes in order to display the graphs for a particular host displayed you have to have node selected first.

Did you get pop page that asked to accept a self-signed cert ? If not or then you did not accept them , then tat could be the cause of your problems.
Please see our FAQ here

In chrome, I get the pop up pages, and accept the self signed certificaes.  I select one of my nodes, and then click "passive graphs lite" in the rocket menu, and get the following.  (just blank graphs)

Am I still doing something wrong?

Hi Ben,
Can you check on your graphs again. I think it could have been a bug that you encountered. I saw something similar just now with somother peice of genidesktop software and fixed it.  Let me know if it works now.

A few more related things.

I created a new slice named "sliceName" (I know that's a confusing name, using it to get screen shots)
Nodes are from:
and

I accepted all the self signed certificates, etc.

Graphs are working great on client(maxgigapop), but not on the server (wisc.edu).  Broken image icon again.

I also can't SSH to the wisc.edu node.  Are there issues with wisc.edu?

I disabled all plugins, made sure javascript was enabled, and I have no extensions in Chrome.  Still no luck.

However,   I did get the graphs working in Firefox for the server node.  Still no luck with the client node.

Could there be an issue with instageni.gpolab?

Do you by any chance have a javascript blocker (or an adblock)  enabled in your browser ?
From all what you have said and answered to my questions,  looks like the self signed certs were accepted fine. The graphs are displayed in HTML5 windows using javascript.  So that will be my next best guess for debugging..

The server node doesn't display graphs.  It now shows the missing image icon.

Going to the URL directly brings up a login prompt to enter username and password.

That helps narrow it down. Try looking at the graphs  for the server node. Do they show up ?
Also try to get to this URL directly https://pcvm1-31.instageni.gpolab.bbn.com/bn%40client/  or does it stop on the "accept the self signed certificate"

Yes.  I accepted the certificates.

For the server node (illinois).  I get an SSH button and SSH window.  No certificate popups.

For the client node, I get an SSH button, but clicking on it doesn't appear to do anything.

If the graphs appear on browsers in windows then there should be do difference with browsers in Linux.  Can you double click on the missing graph location. This should opern up the image in a new browser window and also show the direct URL for that image. Can you copy that and send it to me ?

Slice = sliceName

I am able to get SSH terminals to both nodes without a problem, but the graphs don't display.

Any ideas?
