Hi,

I am having trouble with slices with multiple aggregates on GENI Desktop. When I go to GENI Desktop and display my slice, I get "ERROR" message as shown in the attached figure. If I put mouse cursor on "ERROR", it says "Authentication for pcvm2-37.geni.it.cornell.edu at port 22 Failed".

I can SSH into this node using terminal. I also tried using other AMs (Since I am using 4 aggregates, I tried to update status using other three aggregate AMs) but all AMs are giving same authentication error.

I have used GENI Desktop for multiple aggregates before and it works fine. But now its giving error for multiple aggregates.

Can you help me with this?

Thank you

Okay, i apologize for this in advance but i think your slice got caught in the middle of a bug fix i was trying to implement. The way to fix this problem is to select the slice that has the problem and in the drop down action box , perform the operation "Update Access" . (NOTE: This is not "Update Status"). Let me know if this fixes your issue.
cheers,

Hussam
