Unable to ssh into EXO-GENI VMs after reboot

Hi ,

I am updating the kernel for using DCTCP.

After updating the kernel I used sudo /sbin/reboot to reboot the VM.

However the nodes are not booting up. I found here that there is no reliable way to reboot exo-geni VM.

Is there a way to reliably reboot Exo GENI VMs ?
