VM at Georgia Tech Insta GENI not accessible

Greetings!

Our group has a shared VM at the Georiga Tech Insta GENI aggregate but I cannot access it right now. Could you please take a look? This is what I can see:

MMM:~ alara$ ssh adri...@pc3.instageni.rnoc.gatech.edu -p 36410

ssh: connect to host pc3.instageni.rnoc.gatech.edu port 36410: Network is unreachable

Also, the portal says "No resources found at Georgia Tech Insta GENI"

Gatech is on its way back … check back in about 15 minutes.

I see some progress because now the portal is aware of the VM running in the gatech instageni rack. However, I still can't ssh into it:

ssh: connect to host pc3.instageni.rnoc.gatech.edu port 36410: Network is unreachable

Should I wait longer?

Oops, I see you have a dedicated VM on pc3 (which is also down), not a
shared VM … I shall kick pc3 …
