Upcoming changes to racks

Hi All. Just a heads up that a number of racks are going to be reconfigured
a week from this Friday (April 25th).

One of the OPENVZ shared nodes will be converted to a XEN shared node,
since those are more popular then OPENVZ. There will thus be two XEN shared
nodes on each rack.

Below is a list of the racks and the node that will be converted. This
coming Friday, you will no longer be able to create any new containers on
the node listed for the rack, and by next Friday we expect that most of you
will have let your slivers expire, and recreated them on the other openvz
node.

Cornell: pc2
Wisconsin: pc2
Urbana: pc1
NYU: pc1
Kansas: pc1
Clemson: pc1
Northwestern: pc1
UKY: pc2

Note that all of the other racks will already have been converted by next
Friday.
