Cannot ssh to some nodes

I have been using a a topology on Utah DDC for the past 10 months with several vms. Please see attached figure. I cannot ssh to some (not all the nodes). I get the following message:

ssh: Could not resolve hostname pc12.utahddc.geniracks.net: nodename nor servname provided, or not known

I used to be able to log on to all the nodes up until today. 

Furthermore, the nodes that I am able to use show the following message when I try to vim a file:

sudo: unable to resolve host <nodeName>.sdntc8.ch-geni-net.utahddc.geniracks.net

This just happened today. Until yesterday I was running experiments without these problems.

• slice name or URN: SDNTC8, urn:publicid:IDN+ch.geni.net:Security-Networking-Performance+slice+SDNTC8
  
• aggregates you are using: Utah DDC

There appears to be a problem at UtahDDC that almost certainly also affects name resolution.

UtahDDC appears to not be responding to the AM API so I believe something fairly serious is wrong with the rack.  I have requested that GMOC create a ticket and track the issue.
