Updates to control nodes on many InstaGENI racks Feb 8-14, 2017

We will be updating the control node image on many InstaGENI Racks during the period Feb 8-14.  The purpose of this update is to move to a new supported Ubuntu 14.04 image on the control node.  Racks will updated according to the following schedule, during a maintenance window of 0900-1700 EST on each of the scheduled days.  Experimenters with existing slivers on a rack can keep using their resources during the updates, but may need to use the IP address rather than host name of their allocated resources during update.  Rack status can be checked anytime at https://genimon.uky.edu/status and update ticket status at https://tick.globalnoc.iu.edu/fp_tools/public_ticket_viewer/index.cgi?proj=126 .  For direct email notifications of tickets with experimenter impact, subscribe to the experimenter ops list at https://mail1.grnoc.iu.edu/mailman/listinfo/experimenter-ops .
