Planned Downtime for NYU Instageni Rack Migration

Hello GENI Users,

The NYU Instageni rack will be unavailable starting the 20th August
2021 at 00:00AM Eastern for a planned move of the physical rack to a new
location. The downtime is expected to last around 7 days. Users should
plan accordingly since resources will not be available and expired
slices during that time will not be recoverable.

NYU Instageni still shows as "red" in the list of sites in the GENI Portal, is it supposed to be ready for use yet?
