There appears to be a bug in Flack related to loading an unbound RSpec
with GEMINI extensions already in there. I used Flack launched from the
Portal.

Sequence of actions to reproduce it:
- Use Flack to create an RSpec with GEMINI extensions turned on.
- Save this RSpec.
- Edit this RSpec to make it unbound (remove all references to
component_manager_id).
- Import this unbound RSpec into Flack.
- View this RSpec. You will see that the color: prefix for tags
such as resource_color, xmlblob and blob are gone. The namespace for
the color schema is gone from the node element. Also, the GEMINI
extensions is not checked under "plug-ins" (but the Global Node is shown).
- If you click on GEMINI extensions, the color: prefixes get added
back. A new Global Node is not added. If you turn off GEMINI
extensions, the GEMINI extensions and the GN go away as they should.
Clicking again, brings them back.

This isn't a high-priority bug but this is a use-case you probably want
to test with Jacks. We have a workaround for this GEC (we'll use Flack
to add the GEMINI extensions).

Thanks!

HI Vic,
The best workaround for this is that when you first create the rspec
in flack, do not add the gemini extensions. The save the rspec and then
edit it to make it unbound.

. Later when you load the unbound rspec in FLACK you can add the gemini
extensions.

cheers,

Thank you Hussam. That is the workaround we are using for this GEC.
