Jacks not loading during emulab outage

Jacks is not loading in the GENI Portal, because it cannot get assets from emulab.net. I assume this is due to the following, which was announced on cloudlab-users:

Emulab, Cloudlab Utah, and Apt clusters will
be unavailable til 12pm MST today due to a campus router upgrade.

I am posting this here for reference for others.
