E-mail address in rspecs?

In FOAM, you can put an e-mail address in the rspec, and create a sliver,
and then when FOAM wants to send mail about the sliver, it uses that
e-mail address, rather than the one from your credential. This is useful
if you have a shared slice, and want people other than the person who
created the slice to get e.g. expiration warnings.

Does ProtoGENI or ORCA have this feature? (This isn't a request, I'm just
curious.)
