Failed To Create Sliver

Hi folks,

            I attempted to create an gpo-ig compute sliver with 9 or so VMs about 12 or so hours ago. Currently, the status of the sliver shows up as "failed". From the output of "sliverstatus" I can see several "pg_status" and "geni_status" variables both set to "ready" for some and "notready" for others. I tried to restart one of the "notready" slivers and the spewlogs gave the following output:

Sliver is not started (yet)
