Hello,
Those sites use an older version of SSL that has long been
deprecated by openSSL and now unsupported. GENI no longer works
with sites using those deprecated SSL versions.

Can you try the ssh again ? If could have been that you tried it

Yes , but it has to be done in the request before creating the
VM. There are multiple post on the mailing list regarding this
process.

There is a python tool , but its used to provision create and
renew slices only. Not to configure the resources. The python tool
is outdated too and does not work on modern linux flavors due to
the same openSSL version issues.

No. Well you first draw the toplogy in the web ui. Do not submit it. Instead download the rspec (xml) then edit it using a text editor to add the additional config and then re-upload it back to submit.

There is always a limit that cannot exceed beyond the existing
physical capabilities. Bu7t those values are not exposed because
these can be over provisioned.
