InstaGENI node hanging

Hi,

I have a slice called `econ-3` and one of the nodes is hanging due (most likely) one of the processes that I started.

Since I cannot ssh to that node, can I kill the processes from user `tteixeir` remotely?

Slice - econ-3

Node - users.econ-3.ch-geni-net.lan.sdn.uky.edu -p 25013

User - tteixeir

Hi Zhi-Hung,

Thanks for your message. I cannot ssh to the machine to kill the process and I'm not aware of how to do this. Thus, I would need someone with admin access to do it.

The VM has been power cycled. It should be accessible now. But an FYI you as a user can also reboot the node via the "Reboot" button in the GENI Portal when viewing your GENI Slice.
