The purpose of this consultancy is to support the TrainForTrade Team to effectively and efficiently implement digital communication activities. These services include, but are not limited to, social media management, proof reading, copy writing and translations in English, French and Spanish, design of media products, and formatting multimedia documents.
Expected result: Core deliverables required of the Junior Communications Consultant are:
- Support in the design of visual materials like flyers and social media images/ videos,
- Social media management tasks (Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn):
- Compilation of partners' handles and profiles
- Translationsand adapt of social media content in English, French and Spanish
- Monitor social media conversations, and engage with partners on social media suggest ways that TFT can improve and build its community
- Ensure English, French and Spanish website is updated
- Collect all digital data on different platforms
- Perform any other substantive and/or administrative task that might be required
Timeframe: Start date potentially : December 2020 End date: 27 February 2021
The consultant should be located in Geneva and responsive to work with TFT Team on site.
Languages required: English, French and Spanish
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, French and Spanish
- Graphic Design applications Adobe: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro
- Technical writing skills
- Content creation skills
